The photos and video following these paragraphs are from January 24, 2021, roughly 3:00 AM. The location of PPO's truck when it was broken into was 150 SE Main Street, Hillsboro, Oregon. The location of Thea Magnusson's office at that time was 315 E Main Street, not far away. PPO was living out of his truck, no money, no work due to Ms. Magnusson interfering with every opportunity he had for work. Earlier that evening, the 23rd of January, Ms. Magnusson invited PPO to stop by her office to pick up some money, have a bite to eat, and relax without having to be sitting in his truck. PPO will tell you emphatically, "Whenever she wants to do something for me, I am certain there will be bad to come from it." Turns out that her plan was to occupy him while her sycophants from Beaverton Towing, in Beaverton, Oregon broke into his truck and did whatever it was they did. How does PPO know that the thieves are associated with Beaverton Towing? Because he saw a tow truck that was labeled Beaverton Towing go around the block twice. Each time slowing down to take a look when driving by his truck. PPO had Ms. Magnusson drive him around to look for whoever had broken into his truck. Two individuals were standing outside Space Age Fuel (closed), on the corner of 3rd Avenue and Southeast Baseline Street. This area of Hillsboro is one-way streets. PPO had Ms. Magnusson drive around the block. The tow truck was going by when they were a couple of blocks away. When they arrived back at the station, the two were gone.
The Hillsboro Police were called and informed that he saw the two guys and could identify them. He told him why he suspected Beaverton Towing was involved. He tried to show the Hillsboro Police officer his photos, and tried to show him the video he took. The officer refused to look at them. PPO stated, "He just looked at me and told me to stay away from her." PPO said the officer paused for a moment then accused him of stealing Ms. Magnusson's laptop and cell phone. Then walked off. As usual, the Hillsboro Police Department did nothing for PPO.
PPO called Beaverton Towing to found out if their truck was on a call in downtown Hillsboro at 3:00 AM. The owner stated that their truck was not in downtown Hillsboro. He asked her, "Why he saw their tow truck driving around?" He received no response. In the photos are the marks from the two Beaverton Towing associates (assumed to be employees) climbing on the front of his truck. The video shows what they were assumed to be doing.
On November 9th, 2021, close to 5:00 PM, PPO's 2006 Ford F250 4x4 Lariat long bed was towed to Master's Touch Automotive in Hillsboro, Oregon. This is where he decided to have it repaired. Ms. Magnusson had agreed to cover the repairs. PPO has learned that when Ms. Magnusson is being nice to him, it will always be followed with bad for him. Below is a PDF with emails confirming Ms. Magnusson's agreement to cover the repairs with no strings attached.
According to PPO, he received a phone call from Master's Touch Automotive the following morning, around 11:00 AM. This call was to inform him that his truck had been broken into the night before. What was stolen? The box of hard drives, cell phones, external storage devices, and his password book, along with $1,500.00 worth of tools. The hard drives contained evidence that would send Ms. Magnusson to prison.
It's important to note that November 9th, 2021, was a Tuesday. Below is a photo of an iPhone belonging to Ms. Magnusson. There is a notification on the screen from Google Maps. The message states, "How was Master's Touch Automotive?" The day and time of the visit was Wednesday at 7:44 PM. Master's Touch Automotive closes at 6:00 PM. Ms. Magnusson's intention was to gain access to PPO's truck. Her sycophants from Beaverton Towing were most likely the offenders who broke into his truck, according to PPO. The photos show that the window on the passenger side was broken out. According to PPO, this is the side of the truck facing the camera. The driver's side door was unlocked as well. The driver's side door was so close to the next vehicle that it could not be opened. Then why would the door be unlocked? PPO said, "The window had been broken out after the truck was unlocked. Otherwise, the piece of PVC pipe (filled with sand) on the passenger floor would not be there. PPO normally kept this in the bottom pocket of the driver side door." PPO suspects that the window was broken out with the piece of pipe after the doors unlocked. This was an effort to make it appear that keys were not used.
When PPO saw the notification on Ms. Magnusson's phone, he immediately took a photo of it. PPO suspected one of two things had occurred. Ms. Magnusson had hacked into the low-grade NVR camera system at Master's Touch, or she had simply engaged with Scott, the service writer at Master's Touch, lied to him, then bedded him. PPO had written a list of property that was missing from his truck and emailed to the owner. He did this several times. The emails are below this paragraph. PPO stated that his evidence and went to the Hillsboro Police Department to explain to them what had happened. The officer that spoke with PPO told him that Master's Touch Automotive had already submitted the security footage to the Hillsboro Police Department. PPO was told that there was no video of anyone breaking into his truck. Not that the break in didn't happen, that the video that should show the thieves coming and going was not there. PPO explained to the officer what he suspected had occurred. He explained why this was his suspicion. He was told there was nothing the police could do for him.
The documents below are an analysis of the compilation of data (logs) extracted from the digital components that were networked together within PPO's 2006 3/4-ton Ford F250 6.0 L diesel truck. The model type was Lariat the VIN is being withheld at this time. These documents contain evidence related to this particular vehicle. The analysis provides scientifically supported evidence that this vehicle was not damaged by happenstance, poor maintenance, or neglect. The data within these documents show it would be impossible for a person to execute the commands, at the rate of speed the ELM 327 protocol commands were being sent to the truck.
For this vehicle to be illegally accessed remotely, the following items would have been required. A couple of phones with Bluetooth capability, an ELM 327 scan tool with Wi-Fi capability, and an OBDII interface app. Whether two phones would be required would depend on the vehicle having Bluetooth capability. Ms. Magnusson had a partner that helped her with setting PPO up on false charges. Her name is sarah jane elkind. Ms. Elkind's iPhone had this exact list of items in a screenshot from a website.
The reports below provide evidence that a person would have to be highly skilled to execute the ELM 327 protocol commands, maintain the connection, monitor all the components in the truck, and confirm that any alterations in the performance of the truck had occurred. The knowledge concerning the code used to alter the components within the truck could be obtained rather easily. Combining all these activities would have to be done with scripts.
The analysis within these reports, along with other evidence, supports using scripts. The analysis within these reports supports that this was an intentional, premeditated, and carefully planned network-based attack. Such events can be summed up with one word, sabotage. Ms. Magnusson is the one person who has been in constant contact with PPO for the entirety of the past eight years. When PPO has attempted to get away from Ms. Magnusson, she has made extreme efforts to maintain his dependence on her and isolating him from others. This strongly suggests Ms. Magnusson is responsible for these criminal acts and many others.
Below are two videos that show how Thea Felice Magnusson got the initial code into the phone so that it could be passed into the truck. The code is in hexadecimal, a sixteen-digit-based system. As humans, we use a decimal-based system. Computers, networking equipment, programming languages, and the majority of digital technologies use the hexadecimal-based system. The numbers of the hexadecimal-based system can be easily converted to match the input for the ELM 327 protocol that is used to access the various computers within any number of vehicles produced today.
There is so much to show, which means there is so much to see. The following seven videos are in chronological order unless otherwise stated. What is being presented in the following seven videos represent a few hours of one day. The time was between 10:47 AM and 7:32 PM. The first two videos were taken in Sherwood, Oregon; PPO was just leaving town. The remaining three were taken either on the way to Hillsboro, Oregon, or at the Sunset Esplanade parking lot.
When you watch these videos, look for the iPhone sitting on the box, in the middle of the floor. This is the iPhone that Ms. Magnusson loaned PPO after his phones mysteriously ceased to function; yes, that means two phones.
This is the truck that PPO used to own. What you will see in the videos is his truck either smoking or not. The videos were taken while driving from Sherwood, Oregon to Hillsboro, Oregon. With some parked time in between. In the videos, he will be upset for sure. How would you feel if every time you turned around there is some vehicle (there are more than one) that you have seen countless times before? Every time you see one of the vehicles, your truck will run horribly soon after. Every time you try to report these activities, every law enforcement agency in the county refuses to provide any assistance.
After Ms. Magnusson sabotaged PPO's 2006 Ford F250 6.0 L, she realized that she did not have any choice. Ms. Magnusson gave PPO $20,000.00 to reimburse him for sabotaging his truck. PPO purchased a 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility to replace it. As soon as Ms. Magnusson found out what PPO had purchased. She had one of her sycophants tell her where it was. Then she began hacking into the network of the Interceptor to sabotage the OBDII port. This way PPO could not read the diagnostic trouble codes to see what she was doing to control units. To take it a step further Ms. Magnusson had her minions from Beaverton Towing loosen the lug nuts on the front tire.
