On or about the night of March 3rd, 2018, Thea Magnusson (Xenia Fretter at this time) and PPO were having a party. They were using meth in a couple of ways. Smoking and intravenously. After a while, Ms. Magnusson had asked the PPO if he was hungry? When he said yes, she offered to pick him up some food. Checking the time, he told her that she could make it to Burger King in time to get him a double whooper, fries, and a coke. She said okay and headed off.
Forty-five minutes later, Ms. Magnusson returned with a cold chicken sandwich, cold fries, and an ice-cold Coke. PPO asked her why she didn't bring him what he asked for? She told him, "The broiler was already turned off." He was still high, but this made no sense. He asked her for a receipt? She told him, "The credit card machine wasn't working." As he ate the cold chicken sandwich, she watched him. He was still very high, but thought to himself, "The credit card machine not working was bullshit." She took forty-five minutes to go to Burger King and back. This is what he was thinking as he finished the cold sandwich.
After PPO finished the sandwich, Ms. Magnusson got up and told him that she had to go. This caught him off guard. Not what he was expecting. Completely the opposite of their normal routine. Ms. Magnusson always wanted more. She left rather quickly, he thought.
Within a half-hour of Ms. Magnusson leaving, PPO said he was beginning to feel out of sorts. PPO stated, "I had a bad urge to urinate, before I could go downstairs to the bathroom, blood had erupted from my nose." Then he told me, "Seconds later, I felt my boots filling with warm and wet, it was blood. As I felt the blood starting to go down my throat. I thought about how the blood was getting into my boots? I was bleeding from my anus. Rather from somewhere inside. I was starting to panic." He recalled looking at his reflection in the faded mirror hanging on the wall. "I could see the blood was indeed flowing from my nose." His dogs started responding to the noises he was making. Then it stopped. He said, "I couldn't tell by looking at myself in the mirror that it had stopped. I looked like I had a blood river running down my body. It was the feeling of it stopping." He stated that it took less time to assemble the evening's events into the obvious than it did for the bleeding to stop.
On or about the night of March 3rd, 2018, Thea Felice Magnusson, formerly known as Xenia Marlene Fretter, did attempt to murder PPO (an alias for his protection). She attempted to murder him by putting anticoagulants (at the time he did not know what he had ingested) in the food she offered to go pick up from Burger King for him. He was high when he ate the food. He stated he wasn't sober when the blood stopped flowing either. But he had put together what had happened between the time she left, and her return.
The nearest Burger King is three miles from PPO's place. At 11:30 PM, with no traffic, the round trip is a seven-minute drive. Toss in a couple of minutes for the food. Ms. Magnusson should have returned before midnight. This is what PPO suspects happened. When Ms. Magnusson arrived at Burger King, she had to wait until she could retrieve something from the garbage can. The Coke she had to purchase from a Plaid Pantry (local mini market). This would explain the fresh ice and carbonation of the Coke in the cup. As far as the broiler being turned off and the credit card machine not working? Anyone would scoff at these lies. Why didn't PPO say anything to her? First, it is because his brain was focused on one goal. While she was gone, he had been smoking. He has also prepared two shots for them. He was all about getting high with her again and picking up where they left off. Besides, who is thinking about the possibility that a cold chicken sandwich means danger?
He didn't go to the hospital, nor did he call the police. Consider walking into the emergency room with coagulated blood all over your face, obviously high. You are trying to explain how the blood got there, but you don't know why? While you are fumbling for answers, it dawns on you that you don't even know her address. The next thing would be enough police and questions to last a lifetime, followed by an investigation. PPO is an ex-con. Besides, he had a good reputation in the neighborhood. The police came by now and then. Usually to pick his brain about his field of expertise. He didn't want to upset that balance. There were no obvious long-term effects as far as he could tell? He figured he would never see her again. She definitely wasn't returning his calls. He was so wrong about not seeing her again. He was very wrong.
How did Thea Magnusson get the anticoagulants? A person named Chyann Hale is who gave them to her, according to PPO. However, two different witnesses told PPO that the anticoagulants came from Mike Baker. Mr. Baker is Chyann's father. Then there is the conversation that PPO had with Mr. Baker in June 2019. PPO told Mike Baker that Xenia Fretter (Thea Magnusson), aka Sophie (her sister's name), had gotten her hands on his anticoagulants and fed them to him. Mr. Baker was said to stammer, "That my prescription had been opened and the pills were all over the place. Anybody could have gotten them." Yes, she had been at his previous place on Dennis Avenue several times. She could have gotten them then.
The 4th of July 2018 is when Charles Kuziak attempted to poison PPO with what was most likely the same anticoagulants that Xenia Fretter (Thea Magnusson) fed to PPO. According to PPO, Mr.Kuziak had PPO's hackles up from his behavior. Mr.Kuziak was a vegetarian at this time. The consensus is that a vegetarian would not be cooking meat in general. Let alone, for someone else. There he was cooking a steak for PPO first thing in the morning. The second thing about Mr. Kuziak that had his attention was his overall state of anxiety. PPO stated that Mr.Kuziak kept repeating that he should hurry because his girlfriend was waiting in the car. Before I go, I wanted to cook this steak for you. Then went to the storage cabinet and took a container of steak seasoning and dumped it all over the steak. PPO is adamant that the steak was already covered with something. This was enough for him; he knew this was wrong. PPO was standing back watching Mr. Kuziak get extremely irritated because he would not eat the steak. After insisting several times, he hurried out the door. PPO stated that he put the steak on a shelf where the dogs could not get to it. When Mr. Kuziak returned from his July 4th weekend, PPO was not aware he was there. When PPO realized he was there, he looked to see if the steak was there. It was not.
Does this information make Mr. Kuziak a suspected killer? Not really. There are other indicators that provide the necessary requirements to cause suspicion. Below there are two images. One is a redacted credit union withdrawal slip from Ms. Magnusson's former credit union. The other is EXIF data from the photo of the slip. The photo was emailed to Mr. Kuziak from Ms. Magnusson. Keep in mind that the date is before July 4th, 2018. PPO stated that he believes Mr. Kuziak received cash and a van purchased for him by Ms. Magnusson. In addition, there is Mr. Kuziak showing up to grab his stuff so he can leave on the same day that Ms. Magnusson was supposed to take a polygraph that she never did take.
Below are the photos that pertain to this attempt on PPO's life. The three that are from Ms. Magnusson's iPhone are of the notes she kept. They read as if she had this discussion with PPO? According to PPO, Ms. Magnusson never had this conversation or any other bizarre gaslighting attempts with him.
This video... These images... BELOW ARE IMAGES AND A VIDEO DEPICTING PREPARATION FOR IV DRUG USE!! When PPO asked that I look at something for him, I was not prepared for the contents. Watching this was what convinced me that Ms. Magnusson is dangerous. Not only that, but the reality is she has been getting much stronger drugs from the forged prescriptions than was previously known. This video is much more than criminal intent. According to PPO, this was over her hacking into his laptop. He retaliated by breaking her violin. Being upset about it, one would think she would have told him to leave. Instead, they had gotten high that evening and had sex. In the morning she offered to get high with him again.
According to PPO, "Ms. Magnusson became frustrated as she tried to prepare the shots they would do. She then stomped off to get in the shower." PPO said," I went to check out what was bothering her so much. It turned out that whatever she was trying to mix was not meth. It had to be an opioid in pill form." Opioids have a buffer in them to prevent someone from doing exactly what Ms. Magnusson tried to do. This buffer will plug up a syringe, making it unusable. Ms. Magnusson was intent on harming him.
PPO has eight-years of experience with Ms. Magnusson doing things to him that he refuses to speak about. What is being made public on this site is not to be ignored. The physical scars are there, for sure. He understands she lacks a moral compass. Ms. Magnusson's egosyntonic sadistic nature is real.
Thea Magnusson is a woman whose social media (Facebook and Instagram is Thea Xenia Fretter) presence doesn't scream vicious and cruel. Men cannot put 99% of the fairer sex into the category of dangerous. Men do not believe that they can be the victim of a female predator. Especially when there is no criminal record to back up the warning. Even then, most men are foolish enough to scoff at the notion a woman could possibly be in their bed because she is looking for her next victim.
Since this website has been up, there have been several cyberattacks on my personal computers, phones, etc. PPO had been under a steady barrage of cyberattacks as well. To stop these attacks, the website was moved to a different server that has security capabilities that PPO's server does not. However...
PPO has been under several personal attacks as well. Three times Ms. Magnusson has gone to PPO's place in the past three months (June, July, August) of 2025 and left him "meth" and syringes. The offer has always been presented as she was on her way out the door. All three times PPO tested the substance and disposed of it. The first occasion, she left an amount of "meth" that was more fentanyl than meth. The second visit she left a combination of xylazine and fentanyl. The third was a repeat of the second. Very dangerous. PPO actually has the scars to prove that she has used xylazine on him in the past. PPO stated, "The last attempt the substance was so adulterated that it was milk white and the adulterant was plainly visible." Ms. Magnusson wants PPO dead.
Why not keep the poisoned methamphetamine and give it to law enforcement? PPO would be charged with possession and jailed. The Hillsboro Police Department has several bad actors involved with Ms. Magnusson in one way or another. The main two are Detectives LaMonica and Magnuson. The remainder, Lt. Stephen Beaver, his supervisor, and others, were busy trying to cover up their actions and or scare and threaten PPO. So turning in the poisoned poison was not an option.
This is an AirTag. PPO discovered this particular unit. He insisted that the last four digits of the phone number not be redacted. According to PPO, the person that owned this AirTag is supposed to confront him. The discovery of the AirTag was in March 2024. It was active and detectable when discovered. Once TFM was made aware that PPO possessed the AirTag, it was deactivated. As anyone can see. It will be nothing for law enforcement to confront the owner. Which has become a moot point. Law enforcement in the county of Washington, the state of Oregon, to this day (March 7, 2025), has refused to help PPO. This being said, if you own the Air Tag in question, you have a standing invitation.
Three of the photos of the vehicles below were taken on November 9th, 2022. The photo of the lot with all cars is where the Subaru came from. For several months these vehicles, and others, were following PPO around or would show up at places he was parked at. PPO reported these occurrences many times. At a minimum, there should have been an incident number associated with every time law enforcement was contacted concerning the allegations. These photos show that contacting vehicle owners would have required very little effort. PPO considered this to be a threat. The same vehicles driving around another person's vehicle, in a parking lot, on multiple occasions, for several months. This would have been considered a threat by anyone. The Washington County Sheriffs Office did not dispatch a deputy to any of the locations that PPO reported these alleged activities to have occurred. There is another medication that the pharmacist or pharmacy may have to be responsible for, this is an antibiotic. Though not a controlled substance, it's in the Aminoglycoside group. It's a dangerous toxin when not managed correctly. The side effects are nasty and can be permanent. Aminoglycosides are administered either intravenously or intramuscularly.
According to PPO, during this span of time himself, Sarah Jane Elkind, and Thea Magnusson (still Xenia Fretter at this time) were all using meth intravenously. PPO stated that he could not recall any single instance where the three of them used together. However, it was Ms.Elkind that gave him a hotshot of the aminoglycosides the first time. His description of the experience was frightening. He stated that he knew right away that he had been poisoned. When any substance is administered intravenously, the effects are immediate. His vision was the first thing to go. Before his vision got to the point, he could not see. He turned in his chair to see Sarah Elkind observing him. He tried to stand up but could not. Why did Sarah Elkind do this? He didn't provoke her. Where did she get the Aminoglycoside? From Thea Felice Magnusson. However, Ms. Magnusson was not aware of this until PPO told her about it some time later.
Ms. Elkind was the first to give him a hot shot with the aminoglycosides. It was also the last time he says he used with her. At that time, Ms. Elkind was staying with Ms. Magnusson at her studio apartment located at Nettle's Place in Sherwood, Oregon. The next time he experienced these adverse effects was on an occasion that Ms. Magnusson invited him to use with her.
Did Ms. Magnusson have a viable medical need for an antibiotic of this efficacy? Aminoglycosides can be used to treat chronic urinary tract infections that do not respond to other antibiotics. Ms. Magnusson has zero restraint when it comes to her sexual preferences. Ms. Magnusson will get dangerously high. Then have unprotected sex with multiple partners. If the situation should arise, she has no problems sharing needles with complete strangers. Ms. Magnusson will participate in anal, vaginal, and oral intercourse without any concern for hygiene. This is where the chronic UTIs and several other bacterial infections would come from. This is why she had the aminoglycosides. Where and how she got them is still unknown.
This is another example of Thea Magnusson's resourcefulness. Ms. Magnusson is proving to be a reliable source of creative methods that might be capable of ending someone's life. Below are several photos of the scars that were left after Ms. Magnusson had managed to poison PPO with a toxic plant. The plant is supposed to cause some sort of coronary attack. The scars left are still there today.
What would be the point of convincing someone they have had a heart attack? The first place someone would go would be the Emergency Room. Once the poisonous plant's effects wore off, the victim may appear to be mentally imbalanced. If the victim keeps going to the Emergency Room for the same phantom symptoms. According to PPO, he learned of Ms. Magnusson using toxic plants on him and the plant's possibilities from Ms. Elkind. Thea Magnusson and Sarah Elkind had a falling out.
The first time Thea Magnusson tried to frame PPO, she was still Xenia Marlene Fretter. She had WG ready to call his local police department (in Washington) to report PPO for such crimes as kidnapping, assault, sexual battery, among others. Keep in mind that PPO is an ex-con. Did WG actually make this call? PPO is unsure. It's possible that WG did make the call to his local police department and was told that this has nothing to do with their department. Perhaps WG could not answer some relatively simple questions. Where is the supposed victim being held? Why is she calling you instead of 911? At the time he found the email, PPO was not aware of the second attempt to have him arrested. Had WG actually made the call and been successful in convincing his local police, Ms. Magnusson would have been able to corroborate his report. After all, she is the one directing WG. PPO would have gone to jail and then prison. Washington County, Oregon law enforcement is infamous for wanting to be the heroes and being very lazy in their investigative efforts. Prejudice is also a training trait they have. This is something Ms. Magnusson is aware of. She has been doing this since she was eleven years old. That is how old she was the first time she sent a man to jail on a set-up. Visit the history page for more information.
Three of the four photos below show an interaction between Thea Magnusson and WG via email. This occurred September 17, 2017. The photos were taken from a video posted by PPO. In the email, Ms. Magnusson is attempting to get her story in line with WG's. At the same time she is trying to sway WG to report PPO to his local police. Ms. Magnusson intends to have WG file something called an AHO (Anti-Harassment Order). This is commonly known as a restraining order.
Due to the correspondence between WG and Ms. Magnusson, there is a high probability WG did call a law enforcement agency local to him. After researching the procedures that are typically used when receiving calls of this nature, most likely WG couldn't provide common sense answers to questions relative to Ms. Magnusson's supposedly dire circumstances. Why is she calling him? Why not 911 or a law enforcement agency near to her location. WG would have been told that his local police could do nothing to assist him. That WG should call police in her area and ask for a welfare check. WG, being married in late 2017, did not want to explain to his wife why he is involved.
WG had been receiving threatening emails and texts from PPO. According to PPO, he made a phone call and sent one email to WG; nothing ominous. PPO suspects that when Ms. Magnusson (then Xenia Marlene Fretter) would stay over, she would use his phone and PC while he slept. The other option is that she had accessed his smart devices and computers far sooner than he originally thought. WG's attorney intervened this time (how does PPO know this?). WG's attorney told him to stay away from her. This was the second time Thea Magnusson had failed at framing PPO.
Somewhere between Schenectady, New York and Rochester, New York, a man met a woman on-line. The dating app was Mixxer. He couldn't believe his luck. She was everything he wanted in a friend, and as a possible partner. Well-educated, intelligent, fiscally conservative, and seemed real down-to-earth. She was a gardener, loved to bake and cook, and could play the violin, along with the cello (not really she fakes it). Every time they talked, she was so interested in the topics he enjoyed discussing. They had a lot in common, it was almost too good to be true. She never asked about his financial status and didn't appear to be concerned with his social status. He couldn't wait to talk with her again.
Thea Magnusson had this guy well under her control. His belief that he could trust her was growing by the day. He would eventually confide in her. He told Ms. Magnusson that he had been in trouble with the law and was on probation. He also trusted her enough to tell her what for. This explained why he was using the neighbor's computer.This guy was on probation in the federal courts, most likely for a crime involving child pornography. Ms. Magnusson saw an opportunity to send someone to prison. The federal court docket at the bottom of this section is about him getting arrested for possessing and or trafficking child pornography. While she was being so kind and sweet to him, she was loading child pornography on to his neighbor's computer. To bring him to the attention of the FBI, she would have to notify them. She couldn't be a random caller about some guy she might have heard about. This will get the FBI paying attention to her. Somehow she had to be his victim. She needed a reason to report him. There are a couple that come to mind. Revenge porn is one of them. The other is her child. Ms. Magnusson carried half-naked photos of her daughter in a bathtub on her phone. According to PPO, these photos were mixed in with her stash of pornographic favorites. When PPO told Ms. Magnusson that he found this odd. She shrugged it off and the photos were moved. This court docket came from her laptop. This is a trophy to her.
If you haven't been to the forgery page, doing so will catch you up; somewhat. Rewinding a bit... The risk involved in forging a prescription is a class A misdemeanor in the state of Oregon. What motivated Ms. Magnusson to take the risk? According to PPO, Thea Magnusson has tried to murder him, twice. Somewhere between July 4th, 2018 and September 19th, 2018 Ms. Magnusson became convinced that if she did not kill PPO, she was going to prison. She decided that she would have him commit suicide by overdosing.
While there is no outright evidence, Thea Magnusson's goal was to have PPO commit suicide for her (I am certain this is how she would view this). The conversations we have had about the subject have been engrossing. He has described in great detail the ways she wanted him to harm himself. Self-mutilation, hanging, and overdose are her favorites. To be clear, the self-mutilation is cutting off his genitals.
His state of mind is only an opinion. PPO has been... distraught (not the correct word, but it's what you get) multiple times during their association. This has been a topic of discussion between us on several occasions. His state of mind, at times, in the past, had been influenced. According to PPO, never enough to harm himself.
Below is a video, three photos, and three PDFs of what the software is capable of. The little black USB drive is what it came on. It is loaded with sets of instructions for the software itself, from server to client. There are schematics for putting it all together. From alarm systems, to equipment to monitor doors, and elevators. Then there are all the digital components that are used to make it all work.
This is what Thea Magnusson does. She searches for men that work in the IT industry in a capacity she feels is worth the effort. She grooms them by morphing into this perfect fit for them. In this case, it looks like she had full access to someone's work laptop, or possibly access to the network of his employer. She uses bluetooth to gain access to a cell phone, then the phone gets walked right into the building. If I were to hazard a guess, with the amount of information that is on this USB drive, she probably had uninterrupted access to his work laptop.

The system doing the testing is known as Jenkins. Basically, this is Citrix testing products from Apple and Microsoft. Making sure that everyone plays well together. While there was no value in the information that Ms. Magnusson stole. It's still a theft.
This is a crime. Using someone else's phone number or email to communicate, with your intent being to harm. When Ms. Magnusson used PPO's email address and phone number to send texts to WG and to a fellow named tony reynolds, her intent was to cause him harm. This is against the law. In the case of WG, Thea Magnusson was trying to convince WG to file a false police report. The goal was/is the same with Mr. Reynolds, except Mr. Reynolds is/was a drug dealer. Though there is nothing but a few texts to lend validity to the allegation, it appears that Thea Magnusson's goal may have been to convince Tony Reynolds to have some of his associates attack PPO.
When it comes to spoofing emails, text messaging, phone numbers, or Messenger on Facebook, Thea Magnusson has done all of this and so much more. The images below are examples of her spoofing. In these she is using Kyle's email address and pretending to be him. Mainly as a way to cover for her actions. This would be calling the police on PPO because he had a warrant for his arrest.
This concerns Tony Reynolds. He is currently employed with the United States Postal Service; according to PPO, Mr. Reynolds was able to get this position solely through the connections of Ms. Magnusson. Most likely, her connection within the USPS committed a serious violation of USPS policy when helping Tony Reynolds with the application process. NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) Mr. Reynolds is not a man of upright character? Giving Mr. Reynolds a pass on his background is what happened. His arrest record may have been too old to be considered in the application process. But someone named Doug helped him along the way. Which is why Tony Reynolds is employed with the United States Postal Service.
