Where did the pills come from? What did she say to people to get these pills? This should not be ignored.Mike Baker is another one of TFM's meth dealers. Mr. Baker is prescribed anticoagulants. Mr. Baker swears that anyone could have gotten into his prescription during the expected time frame. Yes TFM was at Mr. Baker's residence enough during that time frame, she could have taken the opportunity to snatch the anticoagulants on any of these visits to buy meth. How does the knowledge of Mr. Baker's pills come to PPO in the first place? He was told by someone that TFM trusted dearly. Then he was told by another person. Why would someone tell PPO where the pills came from? There is a good explanation, it needs to be told then. I want to know. PPO picked up Mr. Baker one day, they had a conversation. as they sat in his truck. Mr. Baker was adamant that anyone could have taken his pills during the expected time frame. TFM does not forget those she believes have done her wrong. It's been three years since WG has heard from her. As the images from the Stalking Page show, TFM was actively hunting him down. According to PPO, he is not sure on what her actual plan was. This is what he does know to be accurate. TFM had managed to find work in Washington state. For TFM to get this job, she would have to pass a urinalysis. TFM is a meth addict, Intravenous being her preferred method of use. She managed to stop using meth long enough to pass the UA. She got the job. While she was searching for employment, she was also searching for WG. She did this using Reddit. This time, a Reddit user in the UK was able to locate WG's home address. Anyone hunting for someone by using such methods does not have good intentions. PPO discovered she was hunting for WG. TFM had already told him she had a job in Washington.
Then PPO found receipts for a lay away purchase. TFM was one payment from purchasing a nine millimeter firearm. PPO decided the possibility TFM would go to Washington and go after WG and maybe his wife, was too great. PPO took the lay away receipts. This stopped the purchase from being completed. Now PPO had to stop her from going to Washington. When asked why, he made a stated this, "Should TFM be allowed to spend the amount of time necessary to provide translation for a high school boy, she would do things to him". This is a statement which has no meaning to others. If we have not endured what PPO has, then how can we understand? Listening to three audio recordings was enough. TFM is not to be taken lightly. While it is ugly what she did to him directly. The things she was able to accomplish that he had no idea were occurring, these cause his harm still to this day. PPO waited until she had been gone for an hour or so. Then phoned the agency that hired her. PPO informed the agency that TFM is a serious IV drug user and that she would not pass a UA upon her arrival. The agency did not wait for her to arrive. TFM returned an hour later. PPO may have prevented TFM from killing someone. There is no way to assess this without TFM answering a few questions truthfully. This is something she rarely does when it comes to him. Her absolute refusal to take a polygraph is well documented. What is a fact, PPO prevented her from making that boy her victim.

From looking at the patient's name and address on the bottle, it is reasonable to assume that an attempt was made to disguise who the drugs were dispensed to. However, the address was overlooked. A PO Box is the type of address on the bottle. It is located at 16300 SW Langer Dr. Sherwood, Oregon. This is the former business mailing address of TerpSavvy, a dot com. This can be confirmed with the Oregon Business Registry. XMF owned this business for several years. XMF still maintains control of the domain name, terpsavvy dot com. Law enforcement can contact the United States Postal Service for further confirmation. This takes care of whom the drugs were prescribed to, but not why.
the next piece of information is easy to confirm, because it is printed on the bottle. The prescribing physician, is Dr. Christopher R. Baldwin, officially. But did he really write it himself? It looks like the pharmacist was involved with XMF at this time. If Dr. Baldwin had written the prescription for XMF, he would have written her name it. There would have been no reason for the name of the patient to be convoluted. There is no telling how many illegal acts the pharmacists committed for her. The pharmacy and pharmacist are currently being investigated. Until the investigation is complete there is no official news.
Keep in mind that nobody knows all of these illegal activities are going on. This is not true actually, XMF knows that all of this has happened because she is the catalyst. Do not forget that this prescription was forged in 2018. It's now February 2025. This why you are on the history page. The pharmacist has no idea that his actions are about to come back on him. The Oregon Board of Pharmacy is investigating, the photos have been turned over to the Sherwood Police Department. Not that it was of any consequences to anyone. The statute of limitations has ran out on this crime, according to a Sherwood police officer who took the call. If, in all this skipping around in time the real question has slipped from your mind, here is the question. Why did XMF take such a huge risk to obtain this bottle of pills? The fact that this did not blow up in her face in September 2018 is pure dumb luck. What is a fact, right now, is that this website has been under a constant barrage of cyber-attacks. Even though it is a high probability Dr. Baldwin did not write the prescription for XMF. That, he was probably a victim of her theft of his prescription slips. Still, the not so good Dr. baldwin is going to get his fifteen minutes of infamy right here and now. When the prescription was written its unknown if XMF(her initials at the time) was a patient of Dr. Baldwin. What is a known, on September 9th, 2017 XMF and Dr. Baldwin, began meeting for sexual encounters. Some time after midnight on September 10th, 2017 (Google knows everything) they met at a parking lot of a medical office adjacent to, what was then, Tuality Hospital. It is assumed that this was the location of Dr. Baldwin's practice. If they did retire to his office, most likely XMF acquired the prescription forms at this time. Since they were meeting in the middle of the night, the assumption is that Dr. Baldwin is a married man. There is more to know about Dr. Baldwin.
Dr. Christopher R. Baldwin has been known to grope his patients. A Portland television station, KGW, did an exposé on him and another doctor. This was enough to shame Dr. Baldwin into moving to Arizona. Before he moved to Arizona, and while he was waiting for the Oregon Medical Board to almost give him a slap on the wrist. Dr. Baldwin settled a lawsuit out of court, filed by a group of his latest victims.
