Where did the pills come from? What did she say to people to get these pills? This should not be ignored. Mike Baker is another one of Thea Magnusson's meth dealers. Mr. Baker is prescribed anticoagulants. Mr. Baker swears that anyone could have gotten into his prescription during the expected time frame. Yes, Ms. Magnusson was at Mr. Baker's residence enough during that time frame, she could have taken the opportunity to snatch the anticoagulants on any of these visits to buy meth. How did PPO learn of Mr. Baker's prescription of anticoagulants? At that time he didn't know Mr. Baker. Ms. Magnusson trusted someone enough to tell this person that her meth dealer, has a prescription for them. It isn't known why this person told PPO about the existence of Mike Baker and where he lived. When PPO did not act upon this information in a speedy manner, another person that PPO hardly knew told him that Mr. Baker is where the pills that Ms. Magnusson tried to kill him with came from. It's important to note that both individuals stated to PPO that the pills came from Mr. Baker. This can be interpreted in multiple ways.
It was late June 2019 when PPO drove to Mr. Baker's residence on Dennis Ave, in Hillsboro, Oregon. PPO spoke with Mr. Baker who climbed into his truck. PPO then drove to the Winco parking lot on 17th Ave. When PPO inquired about the pills coming from Mr. Baker's prescription, Mr. Baker became visibly upset and announced that anyone could have gotten those pills due to his spilling them on the floor.
Chyann Hale is the daughter of Mike Baker. She is also paid by Ms. Magnusson for a service. Chyann Hale is a skilled phlebotomist. She regularly injects Ms. Magnusson with meth. PPO suspects that Ms. Hale is who brought the anticoagulants to Ms. Magnusson. There are several indicators that PPO may be correct.
Ms. Magnusson does not forget those she believes have done her wrong. This piece of information is often repeated throughout the content of this site. Thea Magnusson cannot comprehend why anyone would not want to do as she sees fit. Her narcissistic brain cannot accept such an insult. Punishment will be meted out. Doesn't have to be right away, she will wait as long as required to punish those that know they made a decision without her consent. In the case of WG, she waited over three years.
The images from the Stalking Page show Ms. Magnusson actively hunting WG. Using Reddit as a source, she was able to enlist the skills of another user to locate WG's home address. Because Reddit finds these actions unacceptable, she was warned several times not to do this. If Ms. Magnusson wanted to know WG's address, she could have emailed him. Anyone hunting for someone using such methods does not have good intentions.
PPO knew she had found WG's address. Then he found the receipt for the lay away purchase of a nine-millimeter firearm. PPO took the lay away receipts. This stopped the purchase from being completed. PPO decided to inform the agency that hired Ms. Magnusson that she is an intravenous drug user, She would not pass a urinalysis upon arrival. Here are the two reasons he listed. "If Ms. Magnusson had been allowed to act as an ASL interpreter for only one male student. This boy would have been isolated with her. She would have done things to him psychologically, emotionally, physically, and sexually." PPO said, "There would have been a high probability that Thea Magnusson would have framed him for rape, or some other heinous crime." PPO decided the possibility Ms. Magnusson would go after WG, and maybe his wife was too great as well.
On the day of her departure, PPO waited until she had been gone for an hour or so. Then phoned the agency that hired her. The agency did not wait for her to arrive. Ms. Magnusson returned a couple of hours later. There is no way to know what her plan was without asking her. Telling the truth is something she rarely does. Her absolute refusal to take a polygraph is well documented.
Continued from Prescription Forgery... Six years have past since this prescription was illegally filled. How did this occur? Why was nothing done? Where have the photos been? To understand what happened, some history is required. Beginning with the patient's name, followed by the prescribing physician, and the pharmacist who filled the prescription. These are the questions to answer.
From looking at the patient's name and address on the bottle, it is reasonable to assume that an attempt was made to disguise who the drugs were dispensed to. However, the address was overlooked. A PO Box is the type of address on the bottle. It is located at 16300 SW Langer Dr. Sherwood, Oregon. This is the former business mailing address of TerpSavvy. A dot com business owned by Xenia Marlene Fretter (Thea Magnusson). This can be confirmed with the Oregon Business Registry. This takes care of whom the drugs were prescribed to, but not why.
The next piece of information is easy to confirm because it is printed on the bottle. The prescribing physician is Dr. Christopher R. Baldwin, officially. But did he really write it himself? Maybe she was involved with the pharmacist? If so, she must have something on him? The pharmacy and pharmacist are currently being investigated. Until the investigation is complete, there is no official news.
There is another method for Ms. Magnusson to have obtained the prescriptions. Ms. Magnusson did have access to the Dr. Baldwin's office late at night. This is where they were hooking up at. According to PPO, she is a Bluetooth LE protocol expert. Most likely the prescriptions being written out of Dr. Baldwin's office were networked into the pharmacy system. From the outside there would have been adequate security measures. From the LAN side is a different matter. From the parking lot Ms. Magnusson would have been able to access any number of Bluetooth devices. Any printer would have worked. However, accessing a cell phone of an employee would have been the preferred method of gaining access to the networked pharmacy system. Setting the LAN side devices to run silent should have been no challenge for Ms. Magnusson.
Her address and name (sort of) are on the bottle. Why did Ms. Magnusson take such a risk to obtain a prescription of Tramadol? Consider this... By now she has tried to murder PPO twice. For some reason she believes that if she does not murder him, she will go to prison. This was September 2018. To be continued...
It is the one "thing" that is found to be eye-opening. Why? There are emails, texts, and audio recordings, where Thea Magnusson is adamant that PPO is out of his mind. That he cannot understand a rational concept when it is presented to him. That he refuses to accept the truth. Ms. Magnusson goes on and on about him asking anyone that she knows. They will all tell him how wrong he is. That it's a misunderstanding of events. Everything is a coincidence. If this is the case, why does Ms. Magnusson refuse to sit for a polygraph? Keep in mind that this would be conducted as a private affair. Ms. Magnusson would have to sign a waiver to release the results to anyone. PPO would not be able to obtain the results. She would be informed of what the questions are ahead of time. There is a stipulation concerning criminal activity.
Four times Ms. Magnusson has agreed to take a polygraph. Four times she has not taken it. When PPO has contacted her for scheduling the polygraph it is I will get back to you. Never to do so. The first scheduled polygraph she panicked. Even though it was only to be informed of the questions that would be asked. She went no contact for a while. Another time the questions were provided to her in advance. Ms. Magnusson agreed to the questions. Questions related to PPO's well-being. Had she ever tried to harm him? Did she pay someone else to harm or murder him? Had she ever tried to murder him? Did she fabricate anything about his personality traits? Had she ever accused him of crimes he did not commit?
Ms. Magnusson was/is not going to sit for a polygraph exam. This being obvious, why did she agree then no show, each time? Ms. Magnusson could have said no thank you when asked. Instead, she lies. Her standard response is that she does not want to have a false positive occur. Even though, she doesn't have to release the results to anyone if she does not want to. The examiner was careful to inform PPO that any response that was in a gray area would be noted with possible reasons why the machine graded the response the way it did. Ms. Magnusson is refusing to take the polygraph. It is what it is. She understands that premeditated actions are difficult to deny when questioned about them hooked up to a polygraph.
