Xenia Marlene Fretter (aka Thea Felice Magnusson) is trying to convince another sycophant (WG) to file a false police report with his local department. WG believes that her victim is harassing him via email and text. It is actually Ms. Fretter spoofing her victims phone number and email address, or she is accessing his computer and phone when she would stay the night. Ms. Fretter gets her jollies framing men and sending them to prison. This is all true.
