Sarah Jane Elkind is the partner in crime with Thea Magnusson. This video shows that she had hacked into the victim's phone and was recording his activity. All a part of setting him up to take the fall for false accusations made to the Hillsboro Police Department by Ms. Elkind. The same department Detectives LaMonica and Magnuson are from. These are the two Detectives that had sexual encounters with Ms. Magnusson (aka Xeni Marlene Fretter). Yes, there is a correlation between the two last names. This is all true.
